It's not intelligence, it's poverty. Easy to have morals when you're wealthy living in the west, not worried about your next meal, just which outfit to wear for your next Youtube video.

This is an extremely POOR neighbourhood in Brazil. Wealthy Brazilians don't murder each other like this and if Brazil had the money America does, they would have a much lower murder rate than the USA.

They're clearly not in the right, but when you consider the socio-economic climate, what else could you grow in dark dankness but mould!

1 - easier to spot clothing when walking by instead of decomposing flesh - clothes = possible report
