My guess? An actual live face-skinning. So far, I've only seen the one with Handless Skeletor after his face was already off, and another one where they skinned a guy's face after they had already removed his head. Have yet to see one where they show the whole process with a living victim.

Then after that it'll be live full-body flaying, and maybe even live organ extraction. Then I guess they'll start pulling Hannibal Lecters and make victims eat their own brains.
