I've always liked this video, and am always hoping that if I watch it enough times it will somehow unlock the secret rest of it. This time though, I recognized that laugh in the back ground from other Rio murder tapes. You can actually see his lunatic ass in one of them, cutting apart some dude and horsing around with the pieces; standing in the grave laughing that same laugh.
