This is the opposite of overkill... they clearly had no clue how difficult it is to manually strangulate someone and by the time they figured it out, they ironically gassed themselves out to the point where it required multiple people to get the job done using ligatures.  |

Once you pass out it's over.. if you have been choked out or choked out anyone, it doesn't take that long.. plus jumping on the sternum and rope..  These guys passed out quickly and didn't suffer too bad once they got choked out |
