Hate to break it to you all, but it's definitely piss you're hearing at the end of the vid. He's naked, and just shot himself in the head with a *small* calibre bullet, 9mm at best. Didn't even make it out of his skull. Yes, he'll be bleeding, but blood would be going down out of his mouth through a very small channel from the cranial vault. Not fast enough for the gushing sound you hear at the end.
I've euthanized hundreds of dogs, cats, horses, cattle, and pigs, and many of those by .22 to the head. You hit the brain, a full bladder lets go immediately, and in a flood, not in a trickle. It's the same for a human. The blood that comes from the bullet wound does not make a sound.
