This is just an ignorant old man's opinion here, but it looks to me like his upper body was run over. I suspect that the "titty" you refer to is some broken ribs. That said, I am just an ignorant old man without a lick of common sense. His head looks like it is split wide open, furthering my argument a bit. The dually skid marks might be the tires on the side of the vehicle that did not run over his body. More idiocy on my part, eh?

Nope. You’re pretty right on with your assessment.  The boob flap is definitely his chest smooshed against the pavement and his head is very split open. The tire marks are pretty much evidence of something that was driving along before he ended up under it.  |
