Re: REPUGNADELIC!
Looks as if she's been stabbed and she's 'pulled away' in the attack.. (hence she's cut open and now as/when she tenses up, the blood flows - from the deeper stab site) Sadly...she looks to be VERY YOUNG. She is being prepped for surgery. This is a critical case. Blood loss being the deciding factor. (Along with perhaps the lack of trained professional staff) Believe it or not, she could have possibly survived if the medical staff stopped filming and screaming/panicking... but I wouldn't have held by breath. I really hope she survived. Any follow up info? |

Re: REPUGNADELIC!
I'd agree with that, and unfortunately for her, it seems her country of origin is completely clueless as to saving this person.

Re: REPUGNADELIC!
No way in hell is she being prepped. They dont waste time on catheters for that kind of trauma. Very OLD not young. Post menopausal hair loss. Trauma to her arm makes me think she was already in bad shape and was post op when something went wrong... |

Re: REPUGNADELIC!
I’d suggest 1) she’s elderly 2) Her abdomen has been intentionally left open after surgery and minutes before probably had a dressing over it, at least some moist gauze packs, as the surgeon suspected she would bleed or else that there would be too much tension to safely close her 3) Shes having a fairly large volume probably venous bleed from a mesenteric vessel. Contrary to popular belief although lower pressure, because there is no ability for vasoconstriction, large venous bleeds are very, very bad and you can lose your blood volume in minutes 3) I suspect this is imminently shot before someone’s about to go and have another go at sorting out whatever badness is going on 4)The large “bags” are dilated loops of large bowel 5)The arm bruising is probably from venapuncture, arterial Access, coagulopathy or all three. 6) I wouldn’t be surprised if she survived this. It’s not as bad as it looks.... |
