Wrong. Just plain wrong. It was a freaking cellphone video. In my very lamely produced .gif upthread you can see it. It's blurry and you have to look close but you can see it. Go ahead. Go look. Look at her elbow. You can see it fly up and out to the right just as you would expect. That's what you get with lame resolution video. Sorry.

Gun Recoil Fake
What makes you think it's fake? I've seen the video. I commented on it upthread. It's hilarious. Nothing the genius says in the video proves the gun or its recoil is "fake" Even better, he's kind enough to provide video. The only thing that video proves is that the producer may have been dropped on his head as an infant.

Tell you what, go shoot a Glock. Put a few hundred rounds through it. shoot it with a sloppy, loose grip, shoot it with a firm grip. Shoot some balls-out +P+ loads and shoot some more personal defense oriented loads (hint: often loaded with low-flash powder). If your gun handling is uniform throughout well, here's the thing - it won't be. Try and find a range that has 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Generation Glocks. Guess what? Different grips.

Even better: watch other people shoot Glocks - preferably during a beginners class. They're all gonna handle the gun differently and, get this, EJECT THE SHELLS DIFFERENTLY. Just like when my buddy shoots my .45 and for some reason the shells hit him in the head Every. Damn. Shot (which is also hilarious - obviously not the gun for him). Watching both shooters in that vid the only thing I come away with is that neither knows how to properly handle a semi-automatic pistol, and the worse one is our genious videographer. My God, that dude should Step. Away. From. The. Gun.

How are they all holding this story together and what force or motivation compels all of them to do so?

It sounds perfectly reasonable when speaking of 1, 2 or even a tight-knit group of more than that. The 100+ that would have had to have been involved here (depending on how you think it went down)?
