As high up in the tree as he was & concealed by coconuts, it was fortunate that he was found so quickly. He could have just ripened & rotted up there till he fell loose, just like a juicy refreshing delicious coconut.

1 of three things, He did it so that he would be discovered when the coconuts were ripe and likely to be harvested (perhaps they are already? their green looking but then maybe cartoon islands aren't a good reference) Or freak accident, he had a loop for his foot, the tree he tied off on fell over and rope zipped up and caught his neck pinning him to the canopy while choking him to death - the fallen tree and rope alerted the authorities~ Or someone killed him, tried to make it look like a suicide, roped him up and something happened to make him pull him up too high and tie him off. who knows  |
