Literally scraped off the pavement. I was about to say this has to be one hell of a shitty job, but then that guy was laughing. Must’ve smelled real bad. That weird taste you get in your mouth when blood is around. I used to look both ways when crossing. After DR I look three times and try to stay aware of my surroundings, in case I have to attempt dodging a car speeding its way towards the sidewalk. Other things I do after DR: Pay attention the floor panel at the base or top of an escalator is not loose or missing screws. Wait at least 2 seconds before getting in/out of an elevator, and then quickly move in or out. Try not to be in enclosed spaces (like an elevator) with an unknown big dog. I’m sure there are others. |
