Removing the Body of Indonesian Woman Who Was Run Over by Train
Bad enough they didn't cover the woman's corpse, but then they go ahead and accidentally drop it on the street. I suppose it's the effort that counts.

Happened in Karawang Regency, West Java. Woman's identity is unknown, and I'm unsure of the circumstances which resulted in her getting run over.
