Removing an Axe From Head of Murder Victim
A 58-year-old farmer, identified by the initials J.F.A., was murdered by his neighbour, I.S., with an axe in Labuhanbutu Regency, North Sumatra province, Indonesia. According to S., A. rode past the suspect’s home on a motorcycle, revving the engine loudly twice along the road. The suspect stepped outside to confront the victim, and during the confrontation, A. took out an axe. However, the suspect managed to disarm the victim, taking control of the axe and striking the victim repeatedly. The blows struck the victim’s hands, face, and head. |
