This is why I don't frequent the death video section: In a post there is too often only the video, without context, without news articles, without backstories, without pictures that I can do reverse image search with. In too many cases I can't verify the identity of the victims, or even whether the victim is dead or not (though in this video they are obviously dead).

I've often joked about how being a scientist has robbed some of the wonder out of life for me and my colleagues.

...then I see something like this, and am paradoxically comforted by the exposure to the smells associated with death, as the instant vomiting was purged back in about year 2 of university.

Based on the color, you are 100% correct, this would have produced odors beyond the comprehension of the general populace.
