As far as I can tell,home-made rockets with explosive/frag warhead. Some were fired at oil refinery, resulting in a large fire. 5 of them, later that day were fired at civilians. There`s not much reason to use chemical warheads for FSA now. It is virtually impossible to frame Assad, after he surrendered whole chemical weapons. Here is a short news report from october 10. Forgot to add. You can see the improvised rocket at 4:03. However, as the news tell, they also use sort of "MLRS"-like systems (also improvised?) on base of the truck.
