No one is doing anything because they know he's dead.  Sure, agonal respiration shows that the brain is still viable & CPR can be attempted in some cases. In this case the guy has NO leg & has clearly bled out. Nothing in the world would revive that man. |

Good point. I don't know what anyone could do at this point. You can't even comfort the person as they die because he's already dead.
