According to reports, the perpetrator of the crime was the victim's own accomplice, known as L. The accused is also considered a dangerous criminal, currently on the run and the subject of a manhunt by civilian and military police throughout the municipality. Last year, the victim was accused of torturing, raping, and setting fire to the body of his girlfriend, C.T. |
