A guy I worked with at the airline used to do church missions to Africa, and his expertise was on making new wells. He said they also would rehabilitate wells that had had bodies thrown down by the local regime in an effort to make them unusable. They did have a procedure, but it was a LOT of work. But those missionaries could be very persistent.  |
