Same thing happened in 2001 Afghanistan. Chechens were "subject experts" on sniping and ambushing. I got a chechen sniper at camp rhino with log books from grozny and a new Russian PSO 1. I still have his scope and my new tooth!

Guy in the second video resembles the Geico Caveman. Did that caveman defect to the darkside? From a medical aspect: Very awesome video of field surgery. The conditions were in as primitive as can be. No electricity, no real running water, no gloves, no sterile fields, and outside with the flies. They had the very basic of surgical instruments, hopefully they had some morphine to assist these procedures. By the looks and lethargic body language of some of the trauma patients, they appeared to have been on some strong opiates. None the less, very good video of human resilience, perseverance, and adaptability with the limited means available. |
