Good editing and creepy but I'm going fake. The blood flows way to much like water, there is no trail after it and that is something I have unfortunately seen.

Also, the camera falls just that you can see the woman's face? Ya no. Too staged for me. Or maybe I've become to cynical and desensitized to this.
