If you are saying there “ain’t nobody” then there probably is somebody doing it. But it does not sound like they’re people doing that, because it would mess up the car and then would immediately know how did it because of the license plate or maybe some custom design on the car. Not to mention you don’t want to clean bloodstains from an expensive interior

They just arrested a woman and a male minor in the shooting, and are looking for the woman's husband as well. So apparently they think they know who did it.
