I say we adopt that in the US. You may not think that is severe enough and that's your opinion. Truth is, it will take him at least a year to medically recover. And I bet he NEVER thinks about taking the sexuality of a woman as a brutal toy. Remember the kid that got caned for pray painting cars in Singapore?
