Castration has been shown not to be an effective means of punishment for sexual offenders. Raping and similar sex crimes aren't (essentially) about sex. It's all about control. Now, the caning and the whipping, I think is an excellent idea! It should also be brought into play for murderers, and robbers, abusers and most other criminals. If it were, there'd be a lot less crime. Stop molly-coddling these so-called "tough guys" and give them what they really deserve. A switching! |
