Why? If somebody is innocent, then he doesn't need to hide... Locals quickly investigated the case, captured the perp and carried out a sentence and save tax payer money With the corruption over there and how cartels roam free I'd say this was a lot more efficient than trusting the authorities over there.... |

If someone in that part of the world tells you to your face "I'm going to pin this entire thing on you" then goes out and screams that accusation in front of an angry mob, even if you're completely innocent, I'd prolly be hiding too. And the fact that the government is corrupt makes it all the more pressing to take cover. I'm not excusing the dude if he was guilty, but this is why I'm glad I live in a country that exercises due process of law. |
