If it were MY daughter (or wife or whomever), the procedure for execution is as follows:

The condemned is restrained and read or recited a statement of his crimes.

An IV of saline mixed with epinephrine is started in two places to maintain consciousness for what follows.

Bare from the waist up, a razor blade is used to make an shallow incision from the hip up the side to the armpit, around the back of the armpit across the top of the shoulder, then up the side of the neck (CAREFULLY) so as not to rupture major arteries, across the nape of the neck, and then across the other shoulder and down to the opposite hip. The nape of the neck is then skinned down like a dead deer with the razor blade, leaving it level with the cut across the shoulders.

A golf ball or rock or other suitably sized object is encased in the dangling "nape flap" and secured closed with paracord, the standing ends of which are then tied into a loop.

The loop of paracord is then connected to a small 1,000lb electric winch cable and the condemned has the skin rend from his backside with the winch, the tears following the incisions made earlier. Slowly.
