You sound like you're a rapist. Yeah rape will continue to happen but the number of victims will drop. Instead of some one raping 10 people they will rape one then be killed. The end result is a 90% drop in victims and one less mouth breather leaving their carbon footprint on this great earth. If someone was ever stupid enough to hurt my son I would kill them... fuck calling the police I would kill them...gleefully.  |

Thats not entirely true. How do you know the rapist will be captured after the first rape? How do you know the first rape will be reported? In the USA states that enforce the death sentence actually have a higher murder rate than those that don't. Remember these people are not born rapists. They are sick. It's much better to get rid of the disease instead of treating the symptoms. We can do this by treating them humanely and learning about what experiences in their lives led them into carrying out that type of behaviour. Then maybe we can begin to see warning signs or eliminate certain patterns of behaviour from people before it gets to this stage. Before anyone bitches, I'm not saying let them roam free or anything. Keep them secure of course. And I'm not saying to forgive them either. Obviously we don't have a system that supports this approach the majority of the time. And it's not my opinion that I'm stating, merely what I've learnt from other people who have spent their lives working with the worst criminals in our society. |

No, that's not justice it's mob insanity. Clearly, with the amount of lynchings we see on this site it's not a deterrent, or I have to wonder was the victim truly guilty? Women can say anything out of spite & often don't consider the consequences of their words.
