The shitty thing is that its very likely that innocent people get killed like this.
Without any court or evidence, its just one gals word ....that determines someones brutal faith.
If a gal is in a bad mood, got dumped or cheated on, he can say "he raped me" and in a barbaric country like that, its all thats needed.

I dont think this kind of punishment is just.
When you compare what is lost by the victim...vs what is lost by the criminal.

There are also various grades of rape, which should have varying punishments.
Provoked, violent, drugged&raped etc etc.


If someone i loved got raped...id be pissed, and would want much higher punishment than what is currently given, but not this. I wouldnt be able to consider myself a human being after doing something like this to someone.
And...if someone is sentenced to death, i think we should instead recycle the criminal...so he can do his last good act(unvoluntarily) by donating 2 of his kidneys (saving 2 lives), heart(1 life), skin(help for burn victims), blood(more than one life), bone marrow, eyes etc etc.

I dont really understand why USA kills criminals and lets it all go to waste.

Some rape victims never recover. I think this punishment fits the crimes. Our prisons are overcrowded already. When a guy gets arrested with 33 pages of offenses and in and out of jail, kill him! An eye for an eye! The body parts harvesting is a good idea though. I never thought of that.
