Brazil, Alexsandro Souza Sena, 38 years old was sentenced to 11 years in prison for rape and served time in a semi-open court when he again committed another rape, this time against a colleague.

Alexsandro was working for City Hall for the Department of Industry and Commerce and committed rape. The 25-year-old victim was a co-worker.

On December 11, 2018, civilian police of arrested Alexsandro and he was sent to the jail.

On December 12, approximately 30 inmates of the Pátio B Penalty Complex, following a code of conduct (abhorring sexual crimes), ended up tying and beaten Alexsandro with punches, kicks and blows of a weapon, made from a piece of wood.

All the action was recorded by the inmates themselves. As soon as they noticed the commotion, the security team intervened, dispelling confusion and helping Alexsando.

Alexsandro reported some names of the inmates who participated in the attack and also the video helped to identify the aggressors.

After investigation, the conduct of the aggressor inmates may even lead to Transfer of the Disciplinary Unit Differentiated Discipline. The director of the unit also reported that Alexsandro, after committing another rape, returned to the Closed Regime and is responding to a Disciplinary Administrative Proceeding. There is information that Alexsandro also responds to other lawsuits in different cities.
