Title is bollocks. Since when do the Muslim scum punish rapists? Standard practice is to force victim to marry attacker, if she refuses, parents kill her to restore family "honour".
That was my thought as well. The rapist is rarely punished though the victim must either marry her attacker or be executed for adultery.

Not to say this guy was innocent, but just out curiosity; I'm wondering how many people there are wrongfully convicted of rape like we've discovered in the U.S. since DNA testing has become a standard method of obtaining concrete evidence? You know damn well they can't afford to use DNA testing for investigation purposes in under-developed countries like this one in the video. Food for thought.... Awwwe, fuck it. Who cares.
