How do you get a camera in prison? Or was this a guard filming...Hmmm... I live in São Paulo Brazil, and Prisons are a wreck here...That is why I am in SANTOS SP...Much much better than the city.

Was it the same guy, the one in the beginning of the video, and the one getting beheaded? One of the worst beheadings I've seen so far. Looked like they were using a screwdriver or something to behead him.
