Not sure about it being racist, but this was at the least a over use of force, there was no need to use deadly force here far as i could tell, they should have used bean bag round, taser, baton, they had lots of options to take him down without killing him, cops are trigger happy though

shears? I don't see no shear from this distance, however what if the guy didn't speak English or what if he was mentally challenged? they talked to him in Spanish?
