What a spate of unique posts lately. Nicely done!  I was told very young to not hide under tall objects during a lightning storm but they probably thought it was just a rain storm. At least it was quick. |

Never seen lightning strike someone, that was crazy. Funny how the last person was just hanging there for a second before slumping over. Under a tree must be one of the most moronic places you could find shelter in a thunderstorm   |

Wait. I learned in scouts that you are ALWAYS supposed to take cover under a tree in a thunderstorm. Of course, they really seemed to hate me in the scouts. Scoutmaster Jenkins said I gave the worst head in the whole troop. Ah, memories! |
