Re: Queens Landlord Fatally Shoved Down Flight of Stairs

Landlord coming in unwanted. Basically breaking in. The guy can beat the charges...
He already caught a break by not being charged with murder. He's not beating the manslaughter charge though

The landlord was trying to force his way in. He can't do that. That is why there is the process of eviction. To shove a person trying to force his way into your residence should not be a crime.

If he were not so young, he wouldn't even be charged with manslaughter, but I still think he will beat it. The landlord was certainly breaking the law when he tried to force his way in to the kid's residence.

The guy tried to force his way into the kid's residence. What would you have done if some guy tired to force his way into your place?

Re: Queens Landlord Fatally Shoved Down Flight of Stairs

You don't go forcing your way into houses... drama or NO, those people may have called that home and therefore were right in tossing that guy out. He should have had the cops there to supervise... what was he thinking... the world is a good place and will do what you tell it?
