Re: Queens Landlord Fatally Shoved Down Flight of Stairs
You dumb bitch, I'm sure he was expecting to die over $200. It's funny a minority who worked his ass off died from a jobless minority who has every opportunity provided to him.

Re: Queens Landlord Fatally Shoved Down Flight of Stairs
I'm glad it wasn't the Queens landlord who works for me. That would have been inconvenient to say the least.

Re: Queens Landlord Fatally Shoved Down Flight of Stairs
Well I'm a landlord. I have dozens of tenants. I'm not allowed to barge in to their apartment for rent collection. I probably would do it if someone was trying to rip me off, but it's not legal. This landlord should have just evicted him legally. Not sure how the laws are in the particular state. It's easy to evict someone in Ontario, and yet the laws are very in favour of tenants.

I believe they were already locked out w/ a new lock set. The boys apparently forced it open to go in and collect their meager belongings. The landlord was there to verify a break-in, and he called police.

Re: Queens Landlord Fatally Shoved Down Flight of Stairs
He died from head trauma, but from the video angle it doesn't look like he hit his head anywhere. The guy shoved him which sent him flying backwards but it looks like he landed mostly on his butt area at bottom of steps.
