Quadriplegic Guy in Wheelchair Killed by 10 Shots
A Quadriplegic man (21) sitting outside in a wheelchair was killed with around 10 shots last Monday evening in Brazil. He became a quadriplegic after being shot two years ago. The victim was married and had 2 children. He died at the scene. The police have no details about the crime.

maybe the guy couldn't get disability...and decided to go on a handicap killing spree for revenge. we all know disability is hard to get. he probably thought the quadriplegic was raking in some nice dough, and was jealous.
