I get it, and I doubt that he will be convicted, but the activist DA will destroy his life in the process, which is the objective. His guns will be confiscated and never returned. Being that he's in the Army, aa adverse flag will be put in his personnel file. He won't get promoted, receive awards, be eligible for training or deployments, or even to move. His activities will be greatly restricted. If the press becomes negative enough, they will kick him out to save face. I'm sure that's what the DA has in mind here; just causing him a lot of hardship. |

I know that he was cleared by the cops, but the DA can bring charges regardless. The DA is a socialist activist that's out to harm SGT Perry as much as possible. The charges won't stick, but the admin traniwreck it will create for Perry in the Army side will likely see him getting kicked out just so the Army can save face in this new Era of "white rage" introspection. It's garbage, but he'll likely be sacrificed on the altar of wokeness. All that aside, I know SGT Perry personally. We were in the same company during one of 1CAV's rotations to EUCOM, so I wish him the best through this shitty situation. Gingertard didn't have the right to be tapping windows with the barrel of his AK, handing out instructions. He's not a cop or a sanctioned security guard. It was clear from his previous interview that he was out to intimidate others. He got what he deserved. |
