The "huddled masses" crap you quoted is actually completely antagonistic to what the Founders desired, and was written by Emma Lazarus, a Jewish woman. It has nothing to do with any healthy ideal for America, or as the Founders envisioned it—the founders never intended for a Third World, non-White takeover/invasion to overwhelm and suffocate America.
