Wow. If I hated someone to the point of killing them I'd put a bullet in their head and be happy with that as the result. How pissed off do you have to be to slice them open, pull the heart out and then rip the heart into pieces?
It's worse than that. They don't seem riled up or angry. That wasn't even driven by emotions. Just cold, calculated actions. Like dressing a dead deer.
