Prisons in South/Central America/brazil or anywhere they speak spanish are narco prisons. They have guns, knives (obvious from the video) drugs etc..... The level of corruption in those countries is insane. It wouldn't matter if this guy was a child molester/rapist/sadist etc etc.... He could have owed a debt, been a rival gang member or just pissed off the wrong group of people..... Over there, to be the most savage person alive is how people fear you and fear is what keeps the top bosses/members alive. |
