Humane cultures have a system that works. Whether you want to get "revenge" and handle it like a savage animal, then that's your dipshit prerogative. But Ghandi said it best: "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind."
as opposed to the way it is now; all the victims are left blind while the criminals have 20/20 vision? also, that saying is just retarded. you can't honestly tell me that "people" such as rapists, murderers, and child molesters etc don't need and deserve revenge. some people truly just deserve to suffer and die. why should innocent people suffer and die while their abusers and oppressors live peaceful lives until they die of old age? where has the compassion for the victims gone?

Me too. They're animals. And I'm sure he did deserve it. Rapist or a pedophile, or killed a child. The only thing I can think of that he wouldn't deserve it is being a snitch. But that's prison "justice" for ya.

We call ourselves civilized, but only the self dilluted have the arrogence to really believe it.
