looks like small caliber round to cheek, maybe stopped by orbital bone? Possibly fired from a downward angle while he was on the ground, maybe lodged under skin? First shot may have been in shoulder/back as he was sitting in car, as it looks like he took one in the rear shoulder area. Probably a car jacking that went south when cop pulled his piece  .. Hope he made it.
