Based on what the woman in the passenger seat said, it sounds like as he was reaching for his wallet he decided to tell the officer he had a gun, which was not a good announcement to make as your reaching into your pocket..

So this scumbag cop shot an innocent man that declared he was licensed to carry and then denied anyone including himself to assist the bleeding victim even though he had plenty of back up. Wow she's already filming and accusing the cop of killing her boyfriend, before the boyfriend even stops breathing. Last thoughts before he dies is either, cop just shot me for?? or the the woman i love would rather make a viral film clip as i lay here dying rather than render any form of assistance or express emotion as i pass away. Hmm seems quite shallow from this perspective. i know those U.S cops have a lot of reasons to be paranoid with every routine traffic stop, due to every one feeling the need to arm them selves. but her lack of emotion really displays a genuine sincerity to the cause rather than the loss of her man.

I think she was smart to film it live. Her proof and evidence is helluva lot stronger than a video released much later would be. She made a ruckus about feeling unsafe. I still think its weir dnot talking to the bf but the video live stream is genius from a judiciary pov.
