Re: Police Shooting of Philando Castile
She's blatantly in shock, as you probably would be. That cop sounds like a fucking wreck, nervous and shaking. Almost sounds like regret from the sound of his voice.

Re: Police Shooting of Philando Castile
The stunning thing to me in all these types of videos. The police NEVER try to give any aid. The suspects are clearly incapacitated, yet the gun is still drawn as if at any moment, like a zombie apocalypse the suspect will jump up and start firing. But, I guess once you pump someone full of bullets, like they are trained to do, their is little one could do at the scene anyway. I'm glad videos like this are showing up, the police need to have a reason to pause and make sure before using the deadliest of force. A balance to the immediate threat reaction. That being said, I wouldn't be a cop for any amount of money. Our justice system is a joke. Petty innocent crime is clogging our jails and the most violent are getting deals or slick attorneys and are back out on the streets. The police are unnerved because they know it is a revolving door, and there are offenders who will go to the extreme to keep their freedom. Maybe more evidence will come out other than this video, but the guy would have to be one hell of a looser if he's going to pull something with his girlfriend and young daughter also in the car. |

Was he a midget? Why are his legs only two feet long while the rest of his body looks to be of normal proportion? Too bad she didn't start filming when the cop approached the window. Wait a minute, that's the passenger window. Do they drive on the left side of the road in Minnesota? |

Re: Police Shooting of Philando Castile
another US fast police action when one of my relatives go to holiday to the US, they rent a car and one night they are going to drive around The rent a car tail light was burnt out, and a police car halted them in the middle of the highway My relative sad he and his friend almost shit in his pants because the police officer first thing was pull out his gun and a flashlight and pointed them After they are clarified the situation the police officer, the officer release them without any penalty, only warning them to change the tail lights next day But it was a hard situation, because when they got another policeman who nervous or scared, is possible that they could have shot them dead only for a burned out tail light |

Re: Police Shooting of Philando Castile
I want to see the POV video of the cop, but who the fuck shoots anyone, with a 4 year old in the car? Cop sounds wired as fuck, and if the guy was only complying with orders, then I hope the cop rots in jail for murder. But let's wait for the POV video first. That will answer a lot of questions. |

Re: Police Shooting of Philando Castile
I can almost guarantee the cop did not have his gun drawn when he approached the car. The first thing the cop probably said was "May I see your driver's license and registration?" Then the victim likely said "I have a gun and a permit to carry it." All the cop processed was "I have a gun" and then pulled out his gun and saw the victim reaching for his ID, which the cop in panic mode, construed as him reaching for a gun. From there shots were fired. All that happened in about 2 seconds once the cop heard the word gun. I'd say this was 80% the cop's fault and 20% the victim.
