this isn't fakee, they were serving warrants or something with a camera crew for a show. the guy was trying to pull a second gun out and the cop that he didn't notice saw it and shot him.

Looks real to me, if the guy was acting being shot he probably would have made his landing a bit better and maybe had worn padding of some sort, Why practice in the street and cause shit when they can train in private,
