You see, this is why there is an issue with cops in America. I mean, only the other day numerous cops were ambushed in Houston. They shot him multiple times, then they stand still with their weapons fixated on the dying (deceased) man, telling him to drop the weapon. This sort of crimes happens in many countries around the world and the outcome is rarely the same. Telling a dying (decease) man to drop a weapon is quite frankly the result of poor training. I have seen many videos and I have never seen police render aid of any sort. Those first few seconds, minutes count. The fact that someone coined the term 'suicide by police' is revolting. If only the police implemented measures to ensure such an aim was impossible. |
