Police Shoot at Fleeing Car Killing the Driver That Turned Out to Be a Killer
Peru, A police pursuit and a following shooting left a man dead. The event was recorded at a street junction near a crosswalk. The police operation began when some cops saw that a car was driving at high speed so they let him stop. The driver stopped his vehicle, but when he saw the cops getting out of their cars he accelerated and fled so a chase followed. "After some time in another town he was intercepted," said a traffic officer. Cops opened fire on the car until the car came to a halt. The subject has been identified as L. A. C. M., who was shot in the head and died at the hospital. According to first police inquiries, the deceased had an extensive criminal list that includes the murder of a hardware businessman in 2003, as well as the murder of a non-commissioned officer of the Peruvian Air Force in 1993. He also had a history of possession of drugs, robbery, aggravated robbery. It was not ruled out that at the time of the intervention, the offender was under the effects of drugs. |

According to wiki, usually it means you dead. There are occurrences such as cardiac arrest, where the patient can be brought back. Or a muscular twitch, like hiccups are, that cause it. That sounds like it’s harmless(probably). For the most part, though, it’s a reflex due to lack of oxygen to the brain (no good!) Interestingly, it says it can last for two breaths or up to several hours.  |
