Interesting. No justification, you say? Please tell me, what do you believe necessitates a panicked rush to pull out a gun in the presence of law enforcement other than to use it immediately? Should the cop stop and take the time to perform a LEIN check to see first if he's a violent criminal or maybe convene a focus group to gage others' opinions on the matter before taking action to defend himself?

The guy was running away and never pointed a gun at them. I neither see him returning the “retrieve” a gun. Why did he unload his gun on him like that?

Most folks here just seem happy a black dude got shot.. its disgusting.
