Americans are so fucked up in the head and yet so brainwashed into believing they are so normal when they are the strangest country on our planet...one of the wealthiest nations that behaves like a developing nation with the crime, poverty & guns to match...At least 2nd & 3rd-world countries have poverty as an excuse for their behaviour; Yanks are just morons.

The fact that you (esp. Americans) are so used to guns & shootings as to find this video "normal" is proof enough. The fact the cop thinks this is how to approach a drunk person at home & that this is a "justified" another-day-at-the job homicide where he cares more about the paperwork he'll now have to fill in than the life he's just taken is unfathomable. This is beyond abnormal to any European and yours is a very very very sick country.

must be a rookie cop and got too nervous. the subject refused to obey orders to surrender peacefully but i think the cop will not miss the target if he shot lower even if the subject decides to attack. a crippling shot and backing off a bit could have done the trick.

Being american have got nothing to do with what the cop did. There are cops like that in all the police forces all over the world. Good cops, Lousy cops, Hero cops or criminal cops. All police forces have them regardless of the race or country.
