Perhaps what triggered the police officer was a man running towards him waving machetes.
He should've stuck with juggling bowling pins. Juggling bowling pins is not lethal, maybe.

Well, I guess "Decapitated Heads of Babies" WOULD make a nice name for a punk band.
I don't know if they would be very good for juggling, because they ARE kind of drippy, though.

The man was calm and police kept shooting at him. This is when he realized the cop was trying to kill him and tryed defended himself but cop finished him. Cop was in the wrong for sure
