Chile, The Public Ministry seeks to determine what triggered the police officer to shoot the young man who juggled with machetes in the streets.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Los Ríos region opened an investigation into the death of a young juggler, this Friday afternoon, who died after receiving multiple shots from a policeman who had tried to carry out an identity check, to which the young man was would have denied.

The Public Ministry, through the work of the Homicide Brigade of the Investigative Police (PDI), will try to determine how the events occurred in the commune and what responsibility the police officer has.

When I first read the description, I thought "Oh, another asshole cop!" but after I watched the video, I think it was completely justified.
Plus, when he started shooting, he was aiming at the jugglers legs. So he DID give the guy a chance, even after the shooting started.

Maybe the guy should have juggled something LESS lethal, like bowling pins, or apples.
If I ever have to juggle on street-corners, I WON'T be juggling knives, or axes, or pistols, or sticks of dynamite.
Or the decapitated heads of babies.

Well, I guess "Decapitated Heads of Babies" WOULD make a nice name for a punk band.
I don't know if they would be very good for juggling, because they ARE kind of drippy, though.
