Re: Police Officer Accidentally Kills Colleague Whilst Cleaning Gun
I have loaded guns in various spots all over my house. I've never had one just go off.

Elite, Swat and Negligent discharge never go together. That is no accident, it is the result of stupidity or bad training. |

Re: Police Officer Accidentally Kills Colleague Whilst Cleaning Gun
1. point weapon in SAFE direction(floor) 2. remove magazine 3. eject any remaining, chambered cartridge (cycle slide SEVERAL times) 4. closely visually inspect chamber for possible cartridge 5. REPEAT steps 3&4 BEFORE attempting to disassemble and/or clean weapon * having a bullet trap, or other gun-clearing device, is highly suggested |

Re: Police Officer Accidentally Kills Colleague Whilst Cleaning Gun
These guys are idiots, bullet traps are standard in police stations here in America. These morons should have some at the police station for chambering a round at the beginning of their shift and clearing their guns at the end of their shift. |
